Litigation Work
We research on and litigate matters involving issues of public interest. This can be on behalf of aggrieved petitioners who may require legal assistance or this could be a cause that the NGO takes up in its own name.
For this purpose, we have a research team involving high-calibre students. In the past, there have been various reputed advocates, including senior advocates, who have agreed to take up our proposed petitions pro-bono.
We have so far filed the following:

Writ petition (and various interlocutory applications) before the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court in an admission-related matter involving a National Law University (2020-21)

Special leave petition before the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the same matter (2020)
Currently, we are working on another writ petition involving an admission-related issue. We intend to file it on behalf of the NGO.
