Public Law (including but not limited to environmental law, human rights law, women's rights law, disability rights law, constitutional law, business law and human rights, among other areas)
Overview
RAs are of two cadres: RA (Senior) and RA (Junior)
During his/her tenure, a Senior RA (also called the Student Research Fellow) is expected to discharge the following functions:

Author 3-4 blogs or
-
Author 1 blog and one research paper
-
Spend 10-20% of their time towards organization building (non-legal research work)
During his/her tenure, a Junior RA is expected to discharge the following functions:

Carry out research and facilitate the organization of the research-based events, and/or
-
Carry out research and facilitate the organization of courses, and/or
-
Assist the Senior RAs with authoring of their blog/paper

Spend 10-20% of their time towards organization building
Hours
40-50 hours per month
Duration
4-6 months
Eligibility
Current law student/fresh graduate
Criteria
-
Amongst top 10% of batch in terms of academic performance (in exceptional circumstances, this can be waived)
-
Good academic performance in class Xth and XIIth
-
Good publication or mooting activities track record
-
Good communication and presentation skills
-
eagerness to learn and sense of discipline and mutual respect
